I recently just found the website, Can anyone give me infor on the Abney Family I live in Indiana near my grandfather Abney. I don't know how he and his parents got here. Any infor or sources would be great. Oh, I will ask him too.

Mid-Missouri Abneys came down from Iowa. My own Grandfather, Howard Payne Abney, was born in Hastings, NE. His father Paul is buried in Iowa. I have done some research and am interested in doing more.
